Across the road from the famous Regency Café, Regency Street is a smart two bedroom apartment on the first level of an apartment block. A contemporary bathroom with a rectangular basin sits on the left of the entrance. Left again is the single bedroom, with House of Hackney palm wallpaper and a framed butterfly collection. Around the corner, a bold green bookcase is built into the head of the king-size bed in the master bedroom, under a tinted 60s lampshade. On the other side of the master bedroom is an ensuite clad in mirrors and cream tiles.

Opposite the single bedroom is the kitchen, and right again is the sitting room. With retro armchairs, wall-to-wall mirrors and a glass coffee table dotted with travel souvenirs, it shows off the host’s eclectic taste. There’s an inbuilt bookshelf behind a velvet sofa, while a traditional dining table contrasts with dark green walls. And thanks to its full-height windows, you’ve a great view of the variety show across the road.

Home truths

The second bedroom has a trundle bed which can sleep one additional guest. These beds can either be set up as two singles, or put together to make a super-king bed. Please note that this would limit the surrounding space in the room. Please let us know how you'd like this set up for your stay.

There is no hanging space in the second bedroom, so we will set up a collapsible wardrobe for your stay.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
