From its perch in the Hollywood Hills, Ridgemont Drive has a panoramic view of valleys and mountain peaks. A gated courtyard marks the entrance, which opens into an entry hall. On your right are the master bedroom (with floor-to-ceiling windows) and its ensuite. The second and third bedrooms are on the left, with a shared bathroom.

Through the hall, there’s a sitting room framed by exposed wooden beams and French doors. The dining room is on your left, and the kitchen is around the corner. Crisp whites and natural woods abound in this open living and dining space, with playful pops of colour from teal barstools and well-stocked bookshelves. But the most spectacular part of Ridgemont Drive is outside, on the wooden deck that spans the length of the home. Towering pines shade a hot tub on one end, and mountain views stretch into the distance.

Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the living room has been updated with new furniture and decor. We will be taking photographs soon.

There is no TV in this home.

The fireplace in this home is purely decorative.

While the second and third bedrooms do not have wardrobe space, you can use the closets in the hallway just outside the rooms for storage.

This home is a secluded retreat and as a result cell service can be spotty.

There is space for two cars in the driveway of this home. There is also ample, unrestricted street parking surrounding the home.

The minimum stay length for this home is seven nights.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
