Cherry Lane is a two bedroom, one bathroom home in the West Village. It is freshly renovated and characterful as well as contemporary. Family antiques, nested coffee tables and ornately framed mirrors all catch the eye in the sitting room, while the all-white bedrooms are dotted with an eclectic array of art. Quaint yet chic, the West Village is well known for its shops, restaurants and lively nightlife, and you’re close to Greenwich Village and Washington Square Park. Chelsea’s cutting-edge art galleries are nearby too, and Christopher Street–Sheridan Square subway is around two minutes’ walk.
This home is locate two flights of stairs up to the the third-floor of a multi-unit building, with no elevator.
The washing machine and dryer for this home are in the communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building and they are operated with a laundry card. The laundry room is open from 8am to 10pm daily.
Since the home is located in such a lively neighborhood, weekend nights can get a bit noisy due to pubs and restaurants in the area.
This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company. Guests may notice some noise coming from the radiators when the heating system is turning on.
This home has air-conditioning in the bedrooms only.
While this home can sleep a maximum of 4 adults, there is an additional sofabed in the sitting room that can be made up upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you'd like this made up.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
