West 24th Townhouse II ​is a five bedroom, four bathroom house in Chelsea that evokes the neighborhood's refined style. First inside is an open-plan living area with glossy wood floors and smoky-toned walls. At one end is the sitting room – a sophisticated space where mid-century seats and side tables stand atop a geometric-patterned rug. A little across from that is the silver-papered dining room, which has a long, polished table and adjoins the kitchen. Then it’s downstairs for the second sitting room (spacious, with a neat kitchenette and doors onto the patio garden) and the soft-blue third bedroom, which has an ensuite.

Heading upstairs, you’ll come next to the bathroom, the pared-back second bedroom (which has a queen-size bed) and the master bedroom. The latter is subtly furnished, with a king-size bed and a traditional ensuite. Above it you’ll find another two bedrooms (colourful, with vintage furnishings) and a second bathroom.

Home truths

There is space for a double airbed in the fourth bedroom if you need extra sleeping space for your stay. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

The wifi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.

Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the second bedroom has been updated to a sitting room. The queen bed has been replaced with a double sofa bed. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like this made up.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
