With snug spots for gathering and an outdoor pool, Sage Lane is a family playground in a quiet Santa Monica neighbourhood near the beach. This canyon home begins with a short flight of stairs to the sitting room and private garden. A connecting passage makes the twin and queen bedrooms well-suited for sleepovers, while the master bedroom has an ensuite with a free-standing bath. Upstairs, there’s a broad living space filled with pastel colours and fluffy throws.
On the left, there’s a dining area and open kitchen overlooking the garden, and past the kitchen there’s a playroom, a bathroom and the bunk bedroom. To the right of the main staircase, a modern fireplace forms the centerpiece of the blue-toned living area, and through a sliding door there’s a garden with low-slung seating, a heated pool and a barbeque – an irresistible opportunity to unwind.
This home is usually the residence of a dog. While he will not be present for guest stays, this home may be unsuitable for those with pet allergies.
This home has no air conditioning but fear not - there are plenty of windows to let in the cool sea air. We are also happy to provide fans upon request.
The second bedroom and the fourth bedroom are not completely separate. The wall between them has an opening without a door.
There is a garage at this home that has room for one car.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
