With a modern design, this recently-built villa is located in a very calm residential neighbourhood in Bandol’s heights, a few minutes from the centre. Its architecture is very open, with brick bay windows leading outside that extend the living room out to the huge furnished terrace. The terrace overlooks the salt-water pool and has a fantastic panoramic view of the coastline. There is a terrace of the same size surrounding the pool on the garden level, and it is a great spot to relax in front of the three bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with small high windows. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bath- or shower rooms. There is air-conditioning in the flooring.
There is a small garden with an artificial lawn and a rock garden that is a lovely spot to read in or have lunch under the shade of the olive tree.

The property is 2km from the centre of Bandol, a charming Provencal beach resort town, and a well-known destination on the Var, famous for its sandy beaches. A true gem, the Plage de l’Anglaise, creek accessed solely from the coastal path and bordered by a magnificent pine forest, is only 4 km from the house. Little shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes away but the small Provencal markets, where you can find delicious local products, will turn your daily shop into a journey through the region’s culture. Sport-lovers will appreciate the vicinity of the Dolce Fregate golf course (5 minutes).
Marseille airport and train station are an hour’s drive (70km). You are also 8 km from Sanary-sur-Mer, a smaller, cooler, and trendier Saint Tropez.
