With its handcrafted terracotta tiles, long L-shaped main building and Genoese-style roof, this recently built house has all the features of Provencal country home. But the design and decor are resolutely up-to-date, with all modern conveniences.
Its location is ideal, 10 minutes away from the town-center, in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by lovely villas with large gardens. This villa’s garden covers 4,000 sq. m. Tree-lined, enclosed and bordered by hedges, it has a magnificent and very private 12x4m swimming pool with a submerged beach and wide-open view. There’s a shaded terrace in wood so you can dine outdoors. A gas barbecue is available for your use.
