More than a house, this property is a real living experience, a charming enclave with interior and exterior spaces scattered in an exotic garden that inspires calm and relaxation. Entirely made of wood, with five bedrooms distributed in independent cabins, the construction evokes the houses of Southeast Asia where one lives as much outdoors as indoors... version Cap Ferret! It is located in a peaceful and green environment in the south of the peninsula, 500 meters from the "Conche" (lagoon) du Mimbeau.
You will have the choice between the peaceful family beaches of the Bassin d' Arcachon on one side, the wild oceanic beaches on the other, just a few minutes walk over the dunes.
Coming home from the beach, you can do some lengths and cool down in the swim lane of 8m X 2m, not overlooked. The shaded outdoor living and dining areas and the summer kitchen make it possible to fully enjoy the life in the open sea air. Inside, the 100sq.m. living room, entirely covered with old barn wood, is the gathering place par excellence, in a simple yet chic and very comfortable decor.

The villa is 15 minutes’ walk south of the Cape lighthouse, halfway between the Bay and the ocean, in the northern part of the peninsula.
Cross the dune and the enormous beach by the Atlantic is in front of you. On the other side, is a fishing villa with its original charm and authenticity. At the edge of the village are tasting bars where lovers of oysters and white wine can stop for a moment opposite the water and by the Mimbeau, a long white sandbank that closes off the Bay.
The famous Cabane du Mimbeau restaurant is five minutes’ walk, where you can enjoy fantastic sea food with your feet in the water. There is also Boulan fishmonger and oyster famers, probably the best known in the peninsula! This is a tranquil corner for a quiet swim or walk.
Further up, there is the beach at the lighthouse, with the Dune of Pilot opposite. Wherever the tide is, you can swim, and at low tide, kids will love the little natural paddling pools where they can splash around in complete safety. In the summer, you can rent stand-up paddles to use in the Bay, and buy ice creams and soft drinks. The Cape Ferret Yacht Club has been set up not far from here, offering sailing lessons.
