Piriac-sur-Mer is a charming beach resort, typical of southern Brittany, with granite houses and streets with hydrangeas and hollyhocks. The house is a recent build, in Piriac, a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the centre and 100m from the beach. Featuring a 2-hectare landscaped garden, 10x5m pool (heated from June to September), and a huge 100m2 covered terrace, it is a very comfortable place to stay. It is the perfect house for a stay with friends or family in the Guerande peninsula.
The decor and amenities are particularly high-quality. There is a charcoal barbecue and a plancha flat top grill on the terrace, as well as a bread and pizza oven.

Piriac-sur-Mer is a charming small city at the tip of the Guerande peninsula. Historically, it was part of southern Brittany, even if today, it is officially in Pays de Loire. Blessed with a riche natural and architectural heritage, Piriac is also a well-known beach resort that attracts many tourists in the summer thanks to its sandy beaches. The closest beach to the house is Saint-Michel, which has a children’s club. From the beach, you can join the Pointe du Castelli pedestrian route, a 10km circuit that links Piriac to La Turballe with its charming fishing port. Other points of interest near Piriac include Le Croisic, La Baule bay, the wild coast at Pouliguen, or even Briere Natural Regional Park. And don’t miss Guerande, with its salt marshes and medieval city, only 12km away.
