If holidays in Brittany are synonymous for you with large family homes, where children play in the garden, where you can collect seafood on the beach, and where you gather round large tables of seafood and cider… then this house is exactly what you need. It is in one of the best locations in Trinite-sur-Mer, with a fantastic sea view, close to Kerbihan beach. You have everything within walking distance – shops, the port, and restaurants within a kilometre.
The large lawn on the 700m2 landscaped garden is the perfect playground. It is also a great spot to relax, where you can enjoy lunch on the terrace and watch the boats go by along the channel. There is the same sea view from the living room and dining room. If the house’s architecture is traditional, the interior design is resolutely modern, cheerful, and easy-going, with high-quality amenities. The house is arranged over three levels:
• Bedroom 1 : queen size bed, ensuite shower room - shower
• Bedroom 2 : queen size bed, ensuite shower room - shower
• Laundry room
• Living room with fireplace opening on to the terrace, sea view
• Extension of the living area : sofa bed for two, TV
• Fully equipped kitchen-dining area opening on to the living room, sea view
• Shower room - shower and toilets
• Bedroom 3 : extra large double (200 cm) bed, sea view
• Bedroom 4 : double (140 cm) bed, sea view
• Bedroom 5 : twin (90 cm) beds, sea view
• Shower room - shower

A gas barbecue is available for use, as well as a ping-pong table and a table football game. There is a private garage for one car and you can park two other cars in the street (very calm) in front of the house.
Household linen, kitchen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made up just before you arrive. You’ll also have some surprises in store to welcome you: you’ll find toiletries in the bathrooms and a little gourmet gift basket in the kitchen. Other services are also available on demand when you reserve.
The villa is a kilometre from the charming village of Trinite-sur-Mer. Nestled at the heart of Quiberon bay, it is known for its marina, a hotspot for regattas with competitions throughout the year. A stopover popular with amateur yachtsmen, it is busy and brings a lively feel to the seaside town. Trinite also enjoys a beautiful natural environment, and rich cultural heritage.
Fishing trips with a skipper, water sports, guided tours, bike rides, hiking, discovering the heritage - you won’t run out of things to do! There are also many oyster farms and charming bistros with a nautical feel.
There are tons of beautiful beaches along the peninsula. 300m away is Kerbihan, one of the prettiest, located before the tip of the peninsula and accessible at low tide.
Nantes and Rennes airports are 1.5 hours drives. The closest train station is at Auray, 20 minutes away.
