With its slate roof and white walls, this lovely family home plunges you right into the heart of Brittany’s unique atmosphere. Or that of the Morbihan, to be more exact, as the house is located on the Quiberon peninsula, the famous “Cote Sauvage,” with rocky, jagged cliffs, beautiful sand beaches with the crystal-clear water of the Quiberon Bay, the ferry to visit Belle-Ile… a region with its own very distinctive personality!
The closest beaches are only 300 meters from the house: Kerbougnec, Petit Rohu, and the sailing school where you can master the art of navigating. The Saint-Pierre-Quiberon town-center, with its shops and restaurants, is just nearby. Another significant asset: the house is oriented so enjoy the sun throughout day: due south! That means you’ll get plenty of sunshine as you relax in the large garden or on the furnished terrace, onto which open all house’s main rooms: the kitchen and its dining area, the living room with a fireplace, the master suite… Bright, clean and simple decor, and all modern conveniences: in short, a house with tons of character.

The “Cote Sauvage”, the “Thalasso de Quiberon” spa complex and the shops are a close bike ride away.
Saint-Pierre-Quiberon borders the ocean to the north and the Quiberon Bay – member of “The Club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World” – to the east.
The small port of Portivy, with its 4 waterfront restaurants where you can dine and enjoy the magnificent sunsets is only 3 km away.
Quiberon offers a wide range of marine-related activities: lovely walks along the coast, deep-sea fishing expeditions, sailing, land sailing, sea kayaking and kite-surfing. The peninsula is undoubtedly one of the best surfing spots in Brittany. The “Grande Randonnée” hiking path makes its way around the peninsula, offering a fabulous tour, and a network of cycling routes crisscrosses throughout the entire area.
The Auray train station is 25 kilometers away. From there, you can hop on the “tire-bouchon” or “corkscrew,” a little regional train that, during high season, will take you all the way to the peninsula. The Nantes and Rennes airports are each about a two-hour drive away.
