La Trinite-sur-Mer has the largest marina on the southern coast of Brittany. Cafes, shops, restaurants: there’s always something fun going on around the ceaseless ballet of sailboats. From the house, there’s a little path that will get you there in 5 minutes on foot. The wide, sandy beaches of Carnac are also within easy reach.
But the house itself has its own 10x5 meter saltwater swimming pool as well, heated in July and August. Set in the terrace, with no one overlooking you and protected by the greenery of the garden, it’s a lovely place for the whole family to gather and relax. You can also enjoy long, leisurely outdoor lunches in the shade of the terrace parasols. As the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, you’ll really be able to rest, recharge and make most of your downtime.
Recently built, the house is comfortably furnished and very well equipped. It has five bedrooms, one of which is an independent suite on the upper floor:

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
The villa is 500 meters from the center of the charming village of Trinite-sur-Mer. There are tons of beautiful beaches along the peninsula. Kerhino beach is 1 km.
Nestled at the heart of Quiberon bay, it is known for its marina, a hotspot for regattas with competitions throughout the year. A stopover popular with amateur yachtsmen, it is busy and brings a lively feel to the seaside town. Trinite also enjoys a beautiful natural environment, and rich cultural heritage.
Fishing trips with a skipper, water sports, guided tours, bike rides, hiking, discovering the heritage - you won’t run out of things to do! There are also many oyster farms and charming bistros with a nautical feel.
Nantes and Rennes airports are 1.5 hours drives. The closest train station is at Auray, 20 minutes away.
