The villa is located in the heart of the Provencal countryside, a 5-min drive away from the delightful village of Rognes, where you’ll find everything you need for everyday life: stores, bakeries, bistros as well as a market, with the atmosphere of a genuine Provencal village to top it all off! Take the road leading to La Roque-d'Antheron, and be sure to stop for a visit at the Abbaye de Silvacane, one of the most beautiful in Provence, just 10min away. The villa is in a strategic location to explore the region, with a number of absolute must-sees close by, such as Aix-en-Provence, for example, the nearest big city and about a half-hour away. To the north of Rognes, there’s the splendid massif of the Luberon, known for its charming hillside villages (Gordes, Roussillon and Bonnieux, among others) and the pristine landscapes of its regional nature park. Head off in the direction of the massif of the Alpilles (Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Remy), for an equally memorable tour. You can also get to Marseille and its rocky inlets, Arles and the Camargue, as well as Avignon and the Cité des Papes in 1 hour at the most. You have a full schedule ahead of you!
