Right near the Marvila train station, in a hip, up-and-coming new area in Lisbon, this pied-a-terre is quite simply a great place to stopover while you’re visiting Portugal’s capital city. The ultra modern loft is characterized by its impressive volumes: large open spaces, big bay windows and high ceilings, like the spacious, airy living area, which includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. A splendid bay window looks on to the 10x4m indoor saltwater swimming pool, where you can go for a quick dip at the end of the day… a must! With its state-of-the-art amenities, designer furnishings, objets d’art and contemporary paintings, the loft combines an artistic sensibility with luxury and style. The two bedrooms, arranged as independent suites, each have their own private bathroom, for a high level of comfort during your stay. Layout:

The loft is near Marvila, a former industrial district in the throes of a complete urban renewal, on the banks of the river Tagus. Some have dubbed it Lisbon’s little Brooklyn … art galleries, hip restaurants, cafes and start-ups are gradually taking over the neighboring streets: It’s a rapidly changing area, just waiting to be discovered! The Marvila train station is a short walk away from the loft, and several bus lines crisscross this neighborhood well served by public transportation. You can get to the city-center of Lisbon without a problem, and set out to explore its iconic historical districts: Baixa, Bairro Alto, Alfama, all absolute musts, and don’t forget to keep on going all the way up to Belem. Parque das Naçoes, an active and ambitious commercial district, is only two stops away. Lisbon itself is a booming and fast-paced European capital with tremendous appeal, and a cultural agenda packed with events throughout the year: an altogether fascinating experience!
