This authentic Breton villa has all the attractions of a real vacation home. A seaside vacation, that is, as the beach is barely more than 300m away! It’s in Saint-Briac, a pretty resort town on the coast of Brittany, right near Dinard. With its traditional architecture, the villa fits in perfectly with the setting. Surrounded by a lovely garden, with a sunny terrace behind the house, it’s an open invitation for dining outdoors: all you have to do is walk across the living room, a spacious, bright and welcoming living space with a fireplace. There’s a lovely kitchen and dining room on the ground floor as well. The first floor has four bedrooms (two of which are ensuite, plus a separate shower room) and there’s a fifth bedroom beneath the eaves, on the second. Layout:

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with other lovely villas, just a short walk away from several of Saint-Briac’s beautiful beaches: the Port Hue beach, the Le Perron beach, and the beach of La Salinette… it’s up to you to decide! A quick 5min bike ride will get you to right to the center of Saint-Briac, with its boutiques, stores, cafes and restaurants, not to mention that absolute must, the Bretonne creperies. Sailing, boating, boat rentals, the sea offers you endless opportunities for water sports, as well as for some fabulous trips along the coast. The Dinard golf course is almost contiguous to the property… Dinard, in fact, is the neighboring town. This legendary seaside resort has retained all of its old-fashioned charm, with its Belle Epoque villas, its casino and the striped tents so typical of the Ecluse beach. If you travel a little further, you’ll cross the impressive tidal barrage of the Rance to get to Saint-Malo: the famous walled-in city, the Sillon beach, the forts of the Grand and Petit Be… a unique cachet that’s been left almost completely intact.
