Living and Dining Room:

Behind the hall you will find the living room, in which there are two large windows that give access to two small balconies. The dining area has a stunning oak wood table that can accommodate up to 10 people. The relaxation area has a spectacular modular sofa and electronics are of the highest level: a 55 inches Smart TV with pay-per-view channels and a PlayStation 4 - with two remote controls - that can be used both as a game console and a Blu-Ray player.

Kitchen:

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen can be divided into two different areas. The first area is the cooking area that has several stove burners and all the appliances you might need during your stay: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, hand blender, squeezer, kettle and many more. There are also different sized pans and pots for you to make wonderful dishes at home! There is also all the necessary cutlery and crockery for your stay. There is a second area with a table to have breakfast and where you can find the washing machine.

Guest Bedroom:

Twin Bedroom 2:

Culture

Some of the best museums in the world are easily accessible and within walking distance from the apartment. The Prado and The Thyssen Bornemisza museums are just a 15 minutes walk from the apartment -or 5 min taxi ride, as it is the Contemporary Museum Reina Sofía.. On top of that, and as a result of it’s amazing location you are surrounded of a lot of the most important landmarks of Madrid, such as Catedral de la Almudena, The Royal Palace and its gardens, the Debod Temple, etc.

Dining

The neighborhood, Austrias, and the adjacent Puerta del Sol are full of small taverns and incredible places if you want to get a real feel of the spanish tapas, with long established places like Casa Labra or Lhardy. Gourmets should be happy too because they are just around the corner of La Terraza del Casino, the two Michelin Star restaurant led by the internationally awarded chef Paco Roncero.

Shopping

Given its placement, in the center of the city, you are within walking distance of many of the most important shopping locations of Madrid, such as Fuencarral St. (Michael Kors, Custo Barcelona, Adolfo Dominguez, El Ganso, Levi’s, etc.), Gran Vía St. (Desigual, Real Madrid Official Store, Zara, H&M) and the Puerta del Sol Apple Store, besides big general stores (El Corte Inglés or Fnac).

Clubbing

Some of the coolest spaces in Madrid are in the neighborhood; ranging from small indie and hipster clubs in the Fuencarral and Sol areas, to amazing terraces like The Room, Grand&Cafe, Tartan Room, Sky Lounge, The terrace of Sabatini Gardens and Cafe de los Austrias.
