Also on this level are a cozy breakfast nook, full bathroom and a spacious room which can be used as a bedroom for a guest who is not able to navigate stairs easily. Step outside onto the sprawling sun kissed deck with outdoor seating, gas fire pit, dining table and outdoor kitchen.
The second floor features a large light filled media/game room with a TV, gas fireplace, pool table, foosball game table and desk. Completing this level are 3 well appointed bedrooms each with an elegant private bathroom.
Climb the stairs to the expansive rooftop deck with a wet bar, outdoor seating and gas fire-pit. This is the perfect place for sipping a glass of wine, taking in glorious sunsets, starry nights and the bird's eye vistas over lush vineyards, oaks and cypress trees to the distant hills lining Napa Valley.
