Tucked between Tribeca and Soho, Hudson Square Loft is calmer than you might think. Entering into the open-plan living space, you’ll find the kitchen on the left, which has minimal white cabinets and a pair of slatted wooden doors. The round dining table, beyond, seats four, and to the right is the sitting room. Cream-coloured cushions adorn a pair of contemporary brown armchairs, while full-height shelves provide plenty of books to read on the caramel leather sofa.
Head right, via the sitting room, and you’ll find the third bedroom, which has a high ceiling and a pair of single beds. The second bedroom (which has a double bed framed by wall-mounted bookshelves) is around the corner to the left, and at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom. There’s a vintage feel to this room, thanks to the mid-century chest of drawers beside the king-size bed, and there’s a contrast in styles between the contemporary bathroom and the traditional all-white ensuite.
This home has individual air-conditioning units in bedrooms and sitting room.
There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
The master ensuite has a handheld shower.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
