Ornate woodwork and inlaid parquet floors are the fabulous backdrop for West 104th Townhouse. On the first floor you’ll find a pair of sitting rooms with elegant armchairs, followed by a dining room furnished with blue velvet Victorian chairs. There’s floor-to-ceiling shelving here, filled with books. The kitchen is further on, a cheerful spot with blue tiling and a door to the shared back garden.
A staircase in the second sitting room takes you upstairs. The second floor has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite and private patio), a bathroom, and a simple sitting room. The master bedroom with ensuite and a double bedroom are found on the third floor. On the fourth and last floor you’ll find another office, a bathroom and the smartly decked rooftop terrace, which has a collection of outdoor chairs.
This townhouse spans over four floors with no internal elevator. Guests enter on the parlour floor and will find the sitting room, second sitting room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, breakfast patio and stairs leading to the communal garden. Two bedrooms, a study with a futon and one bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom and bathroom are located on the third floor. The office with a sofabed, bathroom and roof terrace are located on the fourth floor.
The WiFi speed in this home supports light usage for up to three users at a time. This includes basic functions only such as email, light internet use, and basic video streaming.
There is limited cell phone reception in the home.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
The office with a double sofabed does not have a door, but is located up a flight of stairs from the rest of the home. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
This much loved family home is worn in some areas.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
