Here, books sit musingly on matching shelves, vintage armchairs wait by street-facing windows and an old gold chest serves as a quirky coffee table. There are framed photos in the likeable kitchen, while the dining table for four has seen many a fine meal laid on its dusky wood. Look in on the elegant bathroom and nursery, or make straight for the master bedroom. With its modern four-poster bed, intricate mirror and funky zebra-skin rug, you’ll be sleeping on your creative side every night

This home is a second floor walk-up with no elevator.
Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the crib in the second bedroom has been removed. This room still features a single bed.
The bathroom can only be accessed by passing through the master bedroom.
This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room and master bedroom only.
In the winter months, the heating system can make some clanging sounds.
The home has an antiquated electrical system and you may find that the fuses blow when running too may appliances simultaneously.
While there is no wardrobe in the single bedroom, guests will be provided with a hanging rail for their use.
