East 94th Townhouse II is a five bedroom, five bathroom home on the Upper East Side. This historically significant house built in 1901 has been brought into the 21st century with a meticulous renovation. The house consists of six floors plus a finished basement, with a four passenger elevator servicing the entire home.
The basement has a large laundry room, a sitting room, plus a 400 bottle wine cellar.
The garden floor has a separate vestibule entrance from the street level - and consists of a mud room, fully equipped gym with spa bath plus sauna, a media room with wet bar plus French doors to the private garden which has an outdoor cooking area with trellised planting areas.
The parlor floor has a limestone gallery with 12 ft. ceilings, formal dining room with three beautiful bowed windows facing south, a sumptuous living room with a marble fireplace and French doors to a balcony overlooking the garden, plus a powder room with a vestibule.
On the second floor is a massive south-facing kitchen with fireplace plus a banquette seating area framed by charming bowed windows. The kitchen is equipped with Clive Christian cabinets, La Cornue five burner stove (with both gas and electric ovens) plus two warming drawers, a Sub Zero refrigerator, two additional refrigerator drawers, plus two dishwashers. Adjacent to the kitchen is a serving pantry including wet bar with a lava stone counter fitted with nickel-finish trimmed drawers. There is also a powder room plus a wood paneled family room with fireplace.
The third floor is the full-floor master suite. It includes a bedroom with a sitting area, his & hers baths, his & hers custom walk-in closets plus an office with a mahogany fireplace. The ladies' bath has a freestanding carved honed marble bathtub complemented by a white & blue mosaic marble tile floor. The mens' bath is gray marble with a large walk-in shower.
There are two bedrooms on the fourth floor - each with a private bath & walk-in closet.
There are two bedrooms on the fifth floor which share a bath that has double sinks plus a large closet. This floor has a spectacular skylight and rooftop terrace with views to Central Park.
One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
The homeowner may ask you to accommodate a viewing while in stay, but we will limit the frequency and disruption of your stay as much as possible.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
