Twelve floors up, St George’s Wharf IV has a panoramic view of the Thames. Large balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout mean that you can take in many of London’s famous sights (Houses of Parliament, Wembley Stadium) from the comfort of this well-appointed home, which has been recently refurbished with the help of award-winning interior designer Jamie Hempsall. The home is set within a riverside development, which has its own restaurants, bars and shops. Battersea Power Station and the London Eye can be seen from the wide-windowed sitting room, through the entrance hallway, which has crisp, white walls and colourful fabrics. The sofa is upholstered in blue velvet, and both the cushions and dining chairs are bold magenta. On the right, the open-plan kitchen leads out to a balcony.

The master bedroom (at the end of the hallway), has balcony access too, as well as statement bedside lamps and a contemporary ensuite. Along the hallway to the right is the second bedroom (first on the left). The two single beds can be combined to make a double, and the ensuite is clad in marble. With a deep-red headboard, balcony access and another sparkling ensuite, the third bedroom (next left) is also a stylish spot. Chelsea’s famous shops and restaurants are just up the river – but with a café and a gym on-site, there’s a lot to do even closer to home.

There is parking available at this home for an additional cost. Please let us know when you book if you would like to arrange this for your stay.

The twin beds in the second bedroom can be made up into a super king size bed. Please let us know when you book how you would like the beds prepared.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
