Big graphic prints bring huge personality to Lafayette Loft. You’ll enter into the open living space, where a white leather sectional sofa faces a brilliantly floral love seat, and the wall-mounted shelving unit is packed with reading material. An enormous map decorates the wall behind the dining table (there’s seating for four). The kitchen has stainless steel counters and honey-coloured cabinets, and a breakfast bar set with stools.
The third bedroom, with a single bed and a desk, is just to your right as you enter. Beyond the living room, the second bedroom has a double bed and a fuzzy pink rug. A bathroom is just down the hall, and the master bedroom is at the end. It has a queen-size bed on a floating wooden platform, exposed brick walls, and an ensuite with a Jacuzzi bath.
There is currently scaffolding on the exterior of the home that covers two of the sitting room windows and the windows in the second bedroom.
This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.
There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
Some noise from the steam heating can be heard from inside the home, especially in the second bedroom, when the heat first comes on.
There is space for a double airbed in the sitting room if you need extra sleeping space for your stay. Please let us know when you book if you would like either prepared.
One lovable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
