Bright colours, statement staircases and a glass-roofed kitchen – Avenue de Saint-Ouen is vibrant and intriguing. The entrance hall leads straight to the stone-floored sitting room, which has low-slung sectional sofas, books and diverse artworks, and also has a long wooden table. At the near end, doors open into the third bedroom and the gilded sixth bedroom. Opposite is the entrance to the kitchen, where a contemporary breakfast bar stands beneath the glass roof. Off that, you’ll find the fourth bedroom and a shower room.

Next, the upstairs hallway takes you past a toilet room and a bathroom and along to the black-and-chartreuse second bedroom. At the other end of the hall there’s the fifth bedroom, and then the vivid, antique-filled master bedroom (with a super king bed) and its ensuite bathroom. Finally, a glass-and-metal staircase runs up to this home’s charming roof terrace.

Home truths

This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so let us know if you'd like fans for your stay.

There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there is hanging space just outside the room.

The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

The curtains in the second bedroom do not completely block out daylight.

There is a small double bed in the sixth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

There are many staircases in this home.

The beds in the second bedroom and the sixth bedroom are on a mezzanine.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
