Dramatically different Bright colours, statement staircases and a glass-roofed kitchen – Avenue de Saint-Ouen is vibrant and intriguing. The entrance hall leads straight to the stone-floored sitting room, which has low-slung sectional sofas, books and diverse artworks, and also has a long wooden table. At the near end, doors open into the third bedroom and the gilded sixth bedroom. Opposite is the entrance to the kitchen, where a contemporary breakfast bar stands beneath the glass roof. Off that, you’ll find the fourth bedroom and a shower room. Next, the upstairs hallway takes you past a toilet room and a bathroom and along to the black-and-chartreuse second bedroom. At the other end of the hall there’s the fifth bedroom, and then the vivid, antique-filled master bedroom (with a super king bed) and its ensuite bathroom. Finally, a glass-and-metal staircase runs up to this home’s charming roof terrace.
