Yellow-shaded lamps, azure feature walls and an apple-green egg chair – there’s a punchy palette in this Queen’s Park home. To the right of the entrance, the sitting room has powder-blue armchairs and (above a working fireplace) a statement orange wall hanging. There’s a marbled breakfast bar in the kitchen, straight ahead, and past a skylit dining table for eight, glass doors lead out to the paved garden – with a colourful guest house at the far end.
Up to the first floor, the bathroom is on the right. Next on the right, the second bedroom is contemporary too, with a double bed and artwork-hung blue walls, and at the end of the hallway you’ll come to the matching master bedroom. A bay window and white sofa face a super king bed, while the ensuite has Eastern flourishes. The third bedroom – which has a single bed – is up on the next floor.
There is a trundle bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
The TV in the separate guest house is an Apple TV.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
