Sunnywood Lane is a three bedroom, three bathroom house in the Hollywood Hills. It has two sitting rooms furnished in mid-century style and divided by an exposed stone fireplace. A sleek kitchen leads into a large dining space and outside there’s a poolside sitting area, heated pool and hot tub. Runyon Canyon Park is a five-minute drive away and it’s about 25 minutes’ drive to the Griffith Observatory. There’s a diverse culinary scene to explore nearby, offering everything from vegan cuisine to steak and cocktail joints at hubs like the Grand Central Market, Koreatown and Fairfax.
