Charles Street is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in the West Village. With its glossy granite kitchen (just across from which there’s a dining table to seat eight) and contemporary sitting area, this home’s open-plan living area feels very smart. What’s more, its dramatic spiral staircase leads up to a lovely roof terrace. Back inside, the four bedrooms are all charmingly done, with elegant furnishings and nicely restored original details. The West Village itself is full of shops, bars and restaurants, and you’re also quite close to the High Line here. The subway at 14th Street is a five-minute walk away.
This home is equipped with outrageously comfortable mattresses and pillows from Casper, a company re-imagining sleep from the ground up.
A second floor walk up, this home spans three floors with no internal elevator.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
Minimal noise from the nearby subway can be heard inside the home.
There is space in the second sitting room for a queen airbed, which would bring the maximum number of guests to 9. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like this made up for your stay.
The hot tub on the roof is not available for guest use.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
