Villa Patrizia is a 17th century villa in the Ancaiano district near Siena, Italy. Designed by the architect Carlo Fontana, in the Roman Baroque style, the villa was built in 1680 by Cardinal Flavio Chigi for Pope Alexander VII . The gardens at Villa Patrizia are renowned as being amongst the most beautiful in Italy.
Ground Floor:
Loggia with marble tables for dining and 1 bathroom with shower. Large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine), 1 double bedroom (king size) with ensuite bathroom with shower and marble tub.
First Mezzanine Floor: 1 bathroom with tub and shower, 1 double bedroom (queen size) with closet and access to a second double bedroom with bathroom with tub and shower.
First Floor (Piano Nobile): External bathroom with shower and marble tub, 3 double bedrooms two of which enjoy en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, & coffee machine.
Dining room, large living room with working fireplace and garden access.
Second Mezzanine Floor: This floor can be accessed from both the ground floor and from one of the bedroom on the first floor. There is a single bedroom, a small bathroom with half tub, a bathroom with tub, and a quad bedroom for 4 children.
Second Floor (Top floor): 3 double bedrooms (king size) two of which enjoy en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms one of which enjoys en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, 1 bathroom with tub.
