The great room boasts a grand vaulted ceiling that encompasses the living, dining and kitchen areas. Pocket sliding doors open to a large covered lanai with regal plush rattan furniture, great for enjoying cocktails, barbecuing and soaking up the views. Abundant natural light streams into the great room through floor to ceiling glass doors. The living area features ample seating and a flatscreen TV and Blu-Ray player. The elegant dining set seats eight, and bar seating from the dining area to the kitchen affords easy conversation and flow as you prepare and enjoy meals together. The gourmet modern kitchen features beautiful wood paneling and offers up every appliance you could dream of. Endless counter space, spacious cabinets, oversized sink, double Dacor oven and Bosch dishwasher make this room a chef’s playground. On the far end of the kitchen you’ll find a built-in desk and a set of double doors that open to a cheerful breakfast balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The downstairs master suite features a lovely sleigh style Cal king sized bed, flatscreen TV with Blu Ray player, generous walk-in closet and its own private lanai with ocean views. The luxurious master bath offers up an oversized soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, and a private tropical outdoor shower garden. Sliding pocket doors connect the master suite with the bonus “retreat” room furnished with a wet bar, king sized daybed, TV, and lanai with ocean views. This bonus room could be used as an extension of the master suite, a fourth bedroom or an additional gathering space on the lower level.

The second bedroom, located on the upper level to allow guests privacy when desired, features a queen sized bed, beautiful carved bedroom set, flatscreen TV, and balcony with views of the lush green fairway and Mt. Hualalai beyond. The second bath is just across the hall with granite countertops and tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom, downstairs, features two twin beds (with optional trundle) that can be converted into a king bed setup and sliding glass doors that open to a private patio and landscaped garden with Mt. Hualalai views. The third bathroom, detached, has granite countertops and a tiled walk-in shower.

From wide inlaid tile and wood stairs to natural wall coverings to artful decor, this property is a real beauty, and every detail has been thought of for your ultimate enjoyment. An oversized washer dryer along with iron and ironing board are supplied for your convenience. Your rental includes the complimentary use of two 4-Seater golf carts for cruising the resort grounds in style. The grounds are truly stunning, and the villa is located close to the resort center for easy access to the fabulous resort amenities and just a three minute walk to the beach. Beach toys and gear, kept in the garage, are also included for your enjoyment during on and off property excursions. During the winter months (December-April), this villa becomes the perfect setting to witness the return of Hawaii's Humpback whales.

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai’s Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees, paid directly to the resort, are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. All residential rental guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt in for selected consecutive days (minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay. Resort services, amenities and fees are subject to change at any time.
