Our beautifully modern home, styled with hints of Victorian essence and stone mason accents, sits in central downtown Boulder, located 5 short blocks from Pearl Street. The kitchen and back wrap around decks, with large full length windows and glass doors, boast expansive mountain views with a relaxing feel.

After a fun-filled day outdoors, or a shopping trip on Pearl Street, return for breath taking sunsets while relaxing on one of our home’s two wrap around decks. Both are furnished with outdoor lounge chairs & comfortable couches, a gas grill, and a private dining table for two, located on the deck accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you utilize our outdoor barbecue to make preparing dinner a snap!

The distinct interiors of our Boulder home include hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, beautiful large ceremonial wood doors, exquisite marble countertops, and accented stone mason walls. The sunroom style gourmet kitchen has magnificent views of the mountains on one side, and leads to the main floor’s living room through a modern arched entrance on the opposite. There is also a second ultra-modern arched open bar with four bar stools facing back into the kitchen.

As you make your way upstairs, our home spares no expense to continue providing sensational mountain views with the master bedroom styled sunroom. This master suite is fully equipped with a lounge sofa, mounted flat screen TV, a beautifully marbled en-suite dual sink bathroom, marbled bathroom counter tops, and shower with separate bath. This majestic master also provides access to the second wrap around deck with private outdoor dining table. The additional three bedrooms provide ample space for all guests, and the room with bunk beds are sure to be a hit with children.

Inside, you will be greeted with a welcome basket full of local products and discounts to local restaurants/shops. The state of the art kitchen includes all necessary cooking dishes and appliances and, if requested, a personal chef is available at an additional cost. A large BBQ grill is also accessible from the outside patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious backyard deck or, from one of the many bedroom balconies overlooking the blooming backyard.
