The Ohana cottage unit is rented separately and off limits to Guests of the Main house. Please respect this. In the case of the upper unit “A” is considered part of the property exclusively rented for that unit and residents of the lower unit and or their guest should not venture to the upstairs lanai thus disturbing the privacy of that tenant.
ADJACENT OHANA HOUSE
The rear Ohana house has a long term professional tenant. They have contractual long-term parking in the front and enter the estate either through the back or side gate. They have no impact on the guest other than as a disclosure of their tenancy.
RIGHT TO ENTER
The owner has the right to enter for emergency and maintenance purposes with 24 hours notice. Please note that it is not to check in with the guests but rather just in case they need to show or maintain the property. This will only be done during reasonable hours or in case of emergencies.
