A local property manager will meet and greet you in Cruz Bay and you'll likely get a rental vehicle and be escorted to the property for a tour. The drive is about 7 minutes to the villa on good paved roads. As you drive between the villa's massive native stone walls you will immediately be in awe of the panoramic view that stretches from Little St. James to the south, past St. Thomas and Hans Lollick to the west and Lovango to the northwest. Breathtaking is not an overstatement. If you arrive near sunset, the year-round blazing sunset views are indescribable. The views from this location are so much better in person than can be captured by photography.

Inside you will see the results of years put into design and construction. The award winning architect went all out with features such as 7' high massive native stone privacy walls and privacy gate, the most beautiful round gourmet kitchen on St. John, bedrooms with solid walled privacy terraces, a game room and theater room for the occasional rainy day, and a sunny pool deck that gets sun almost all day long. There are not many better locations on St. John than upper Virgin Grand Estates. About a half-mile below are the restaurants, beach and fitness room of the Westin Resort. An easy walk downhill but slower back up. The renowned restaurants and shops of the delightful village of Cruz Bay are a 7-minute drive, entirely on paved roads. St. John's famed north shore beaches like Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Maho and Francis are also a short drive away.
