The second floor balcony off the bedroom is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views or to relax at the end of the day with a drink while enjoying the best sunsets on the island. Its cozy yet elegant open-plan living area extends to the back of the villa. The breezy first floor features a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ice maker and breakfast bar with seating for two. Villa rental rate includes a mid-week cleaning and an orientation at the villa with the Property Manager.
