From the signature oval marble dining table to the breakfast bar, the stylish use of wood and the natural stone walk-in showers, Villa Unique is refined to the highest degree. Complementing this stunning villa is the landscape – a juxtaposition of organic form and ultra-modern features that work incredibly well together. The views are, quite simply, sublime. Every need is catered for, with a concierge service and personal chef on call to create sumptuous feasts in the professional kitchen.

The living area is lined with wood-panelled walls and comfortable furnishings. The open-plan layout includes an ‘everyday’ kitchen that’s perfect for making light snacks and lunches. Behind the smaller kitchen is a large professional kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances. Throughout the main building, a state-of-the-art audio system with Devialet speakers. The colour palette is carefully considered to work with the natural tones of wood and stone.

Seven of the ten bedrooms are located in the main villa. They all have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms complete with those striking stone-clad walk-in showers. The master suite has its own entrance and large dressing area. A second master bedroom sits on the opposite side of the terrace. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level and can be connected to make a large family suite. The remaining three bedrooms are situated in 'The Cottage', which has its own heated swimming pool, living area and kitchen. The sleeping configuration in The Cottage is flexible and can be adjusted to suit guests and their staff’s requirements.
