You also have Ski-out access to Adams Avenue ski slope from the back of the house which takes about 3 minutes. Alternatively, you can walk down Wood Road a few minutes to Village Bound Road and get on Fanny Hill from there. Ski-in access is a bit more tricky, but for the skier who on his/her own risk is willing to go down about 275 feet between some trees, it is about 1 minute from Adams Avenue ski slope to the Chalet. There is more than one route for this, both accessible before and after the Edgewood Lane tunnel located above the Chalet. It is merely a 2 minute drive down to the Snowmass Village base camp where the Village Express and the Elk Camp Gondola are located. The ski school is also located at the base.
