Topsail Street is a three-storey family home in Marina Del Rey. Upon entering the property’s pedestrian gate, you’ll come to a garden, which has a barbecue and hammock. Inside, plain white walls form a backdrop for the patterned pillows in the sitting room to the bright teal splashback in the open kitchen. French doors lead from the dining space to a wooden deck with opportunities for outdoor dining. Next, there’s a second sitting room with a projector and more French doors, which lead to a deck and shimmering saltwater pool with a waterfall. Next, there’s a nursery and tucked-away bathroom with a hot tub and pool access.

Upstairs you’ll find the all-white master bedroom (with a queen-size bed). There’s a Juliet balcony, plus a sweeping terrace with views of the Pacific and the Grand Canal. Down the hallway are a children’s room with a bunk bed and the second bedroom with a super king size bed and a vintage claw-foot bath in the ensuite. Lastly, there’s a rooftop terrace with outdoor seating, and should you want to stretch your legs, Venice Beach is only a block away.

Home truths

This home doesn't have air-conditioning, though there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and plenty of windows to let in the cool sea air. We are also happy to provide additional fans upon request.

This home comfortably sleeps five adults. An additional guest can sleep in the top bunk in the third bedroom and two additional guests may sleep on an air bed in the nursery bringing the maximum occupancy to eight.

There is no television in this home, but there's a projector with AppleTV in the second sitting room.

This home has an open swimming pool accessible via the ground floor without a fence, though there is a pool alarm.

The fireplaces in this home are purely decorative.

There is ample unrestricted street parking around the home.

This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
