Contemporary colour Via Terenzio is a vivacious place. You enter into a hallway, where you’ll find the kitchen first on the left – sleekly designed, but made sparky by a turquoise feature wall. It neighbours a bathroom (also turquoise) and then next along the hallway is the second sitting room. A somewhat subtler room, it has a sofabed, a winged armchair and a desk, plus two cool vertical bookshelves. Beyond it is this home’s other sitting room. Two sofas (one white, one scarlet) stand atop hexagonal floor tiles, surrounded by a collection of eye-catching canvases. On the far side, open doorways take you through to the adjoining dining room, where there’s a charming vintage table set with red and white chairs. And then the third doorway, on the left, leads to another bathroom and the master bedroom. The latter’s laidback, with white walls, more hexagonal floor tiles and bright furnishings.
