Nearly at the crossroads of Venice and Abbot Kinney Boulevards is a quiet avenue bordered by lush trees and plants. Set back a ways from this shaded street is a bright haven in which you and your colony will thrive. Create meals for an entire swarm in the spacious, modern kitchen, and you’re sure to catch more than forty winks in any of the three plush bedrooms. Though you’ll likely be most attracted to the patio and greenery outside, you’ll always feel free among the colourful decor inside this surprisingly spacious nest.

Queen bee and brood

High-level worker bees, your hosts are a husband and wife who migrated to LA from the east coast. A tight-knit family with beloved pets and a young daughter as sweet as honey, they pride themselves on their cosy community.

A heavenly hive

High ceilings and an open layout allow you to dart among vivid petal pillows and wallpaper blossoms, hovering on honeycomb patterns from room to room. A stars and stripes bedroom for your wee one is the bee’s knees, as are the fire pit, fish pond, outdoor sofas, dining, and porch swing, so take flight outside! If you need a private corner to survey the landscape, make a beeline for the sleeping loft where headlights shine upon a comfortably prepared double futon. And when your foraging is done, zip on over to the master bath and massage your aching wings – in the steam shower, beneath five rejuvenating showerheads!

Home truths

The sleeping loft, above the living room, will have a double futon that can be prepared upon request to accommodate one additional guest, bringing the grand total to a maximum of seven guests.

There is ample unrestricted street parking around the home.

This house is home to both cats and dogs. Though they won't be in residence during guest stays, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

The third bedroom has a queen sofa bed that can be made up by arrangement. Please let us know if you would like this prepared when booking.

This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
