Worries wash away in this three-storey beachside home in Venice. Past the front patio, the first floor is comfortably designed, beginning with an elegant living and dining area. Around the corner is a breakfast bar and kitchen. Here interesting accessories and artworks – like a gilded screen and Oriental rugs – reflect the host’s astute taste.
There’s an ensuite master bedroom with a deep standalone tub on the second floor, alongside a study, a guest bedroom, and a cosy and colourful child’s room. Climb more stairs and you’ll land in a large entertainment space, with access to the ocean-view terrace. Head out down the beach walk street and the entertainers and artists on Venice Beach’s iconic Ocean Front Walk are within easy reach.
The fireplaces in this home are purely decorative.
This home can comfortably sleep five guests but there is space for a further two on the double sofabed on the third-floor sitting room. We can also set up an airbed in the third bedroom for an eighth guest for a small fee.
There is room to park one standard-sized car in the secure garage and space for one additional vehicle in the private driveway. The parking space is a bit tight for larger vehicles.
The minimum stay length for this home is five nights.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
