Something old, something new From first glimpse, it's clear how much love has been put into this gorgeous restored brownstone townhouse. Spanning four floors, you come first to the white marble kitchen, which has a little breakfast nook in the window overlooking the street. The dining room is on the other end of the floor, a traditional space with modern furniture, past which is a decked terrace with steps down to the shared back garden. The open living area takes up the second floor, with its vast built-in bookshelves stuffed with books and records. Up to the third floor you'll find the master bedroom, with a pair of small double beds, a large modern lampshade spanning the ceiling and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom (with a king-size bed) and a toilet room share this floor as well, and up again is a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a bathroom.
