Warwick Gardens III starts in a small courtyard. To the left of the front door you’ll find the sitting room, which has a corner sofa at each end. It’s a smart space, with a collection of eye-catching ornaments. Faux zebra-hide rugs complement a black-and-white palette, while the artwork runs from traditional oils to modern abstracts. The second sitting room, with a pink-cushioned sofa, is next door, and straight ahead you’ll come to the dining room, where six can sit at a polished wooden table on a zig-zag rug. Outside is a shared garden with benches tucked among the shrubbery.
There’s another six-seat dining table (and another zig-zag rug) in the mirrored kitchen, downstairs, and on the first floor you’ll find the second bathroom and two single bedrooms – one with access to the decked terrace. Up again, the main bathroom is at the top of the staircase, and up another flight is the master (with more eclectic artwork) and an adjoining office.
The homeowner's cleaner lives in the home. She has her own bathroom and bedroom. She will be available to clean for one hour every day during your stay.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
There's a double sofabed in the second sitting room, which can sleep one additional guest. Please let us know if you'd like this set up for your stay.
There is a parking space for one vehicle outside this home. Please let us know when you book if you would like to have the space.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
