Entering on the first of Clifton Place Townhouse's three levels, you’ll find the staircase straight ahead and the living room through to the left. The woodblock end table and leaf-print armchairs give it a natural feel, and the ornamental fireplace and upright piano keep things smart. Step through to the dining area and kitchen, where there’s a marble-topped dining table for eight, a butcher's block countertop and a door to the back garden.
The second floor is home to a casual sitting room with an L-shaped cream leather sofa, a bathroom, and the second bedroom. Up the last flight of stairs is the calm master bedroom which has a lemon-yellow reading lamp beside a queen-size bed. Lastly, you’ll come across the third bedroom, with a pair of single beds beneath an array of gold star stencils.
This home spans over three floors with no elevator. Guests enter on the main floor and will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom, second bedroom, and sitting room are on the second floor. The master bedroom, second bathroom and third bedroom are on the third floor.
While this home does not have cable, you will find an Apple TV and an HDMI cord which may be used to connect the television to your laptop in the second sitting room.
This home is located on a quiet block, but its older townhouse walls are thin and neighbors downstairs and next door can occasionally be heard from within the home.
There's no wardrobe in the second bedroom, so we'll set up a collapsible hanging rail for your stay.
There is a small double bed in the second bedroom that can be used for two, but is more comfortable as one, and space for an airbed in the sitting room to accommodate up to two guests. Please let us know when you book if you would like either set up.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
