Set over four floors, Westbourne Park Road X certainly draws the eye. Entering at street level, a staircase leads up to the sitting room, which has tall sash windows and a pair of teal armchairs. Exuberant artwork hangs above a mid-century dining table for eight, and there’s a vintage look to the working fireplace and tall corniced ceiling. Facing the back of the home, the kitchen has cream cabinets and a contrasting glossy splashback.

Up on the second floor you’ll come to the master bedroom, with a rattan super king bedframe. Piled suitcases sit beside a gilt mirror, and the marbled ensuite doubles as a steam room. For the teal-painted second bedroom (a double) head upstairs and left, or to the right for the cinema room, which has traditional furniture and a contemporary projector. In the hallway, a drop-down staircase leads up to the roof terrace.

Home truths

One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

The fireplace in the master bedroom is ornamental but you can use the one in the sitting room.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home is located above a pizza restaurant, therefore there may be some smells associated with cooking present in the home from time to time.

The TV in this home does not have an aerial and thus normal channels cannot be received. However, On Demand television through the internet can be accessed.

This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
