The sunny chef's kitchen is perfectly appointed with top appliances and everything you need for a relaxing meal at home or elegant entertaining. The eating nook, surrounded by trees, is the perfect spot for a warm cup of coffee, and opens onto a deck where you can enjoy for dining. The master bedroom suite has 2 walk-in closets, seating by the fireplace, and a palatial bath with view of a private garden. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level, with a private entry, perfect for an assistant or nanny. Beside the pool is a gym and a private, airy office space with a fireplace, TV and its own deck overlooking the garden. The area is quiet and exclusive, yet convenient to the studios, freeways, downtown, and Beverly Hills.

The homeowner's cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30am-1pm for your scheduled maid service.
The homeowner's gardener and pool cleaner visit the home every Tuesday.
This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the back sitting room and separate guest house.
This home is a much loved older family home with many antique furniture and you may see signs of wear and tear.
There is designated parking for two cars in the garage and two additional cars in the driveway of this home.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
