Set within a traditional mansion block just off Elgin Avenue, this unique home has all the characteristics of a city retreat from all the way across the pond; even the ceilings have been purposely raised to make the corridors high and narrow. Whether you’ll be visiting the city for business or holiday, this gorgeous apartment is sure to impress. Inside, every room feels fresh and modern with a calm and muted colour palette of white and grey, contrasted only by the warmer tones of natural wood flooring in the sitting room and bedrooms. The spacious sitting room offers plenty of space to stretch out, as well as doubling up as a cosy dining area. Along the corridor is the kitchen, an exceptionally bright room with modern appliances for those who still like to enjoy a spot of home cooking even while away. Further along are the two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a second bedroom with a small double. Both share the home’s modern bathroom. During your stay, you’ll have access to a communal garden - a leafy, quiet spot to stretch your legs before heading out for the day. With Maida Vail station less than a ten-minute walk away, getting out and about in the city is easy. If you don’t feel like hopping straight on the tube, the serene walkways of Little Venice are just a 15-minute walk away, where you’ll find an abundance of lovely cafes and restaurants nestled along the waterside.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, but no elevator.
Whilst this home does not accept all children, those over the age of seven will be considered on request.
There is currently scaffolding up on the outside of this building whilst restorative works take place.
The entrance to the shower in this home is very narrow.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
