Seamless style Poised on Pimlico’s refined streets, this home is cool and collected. Fresh white walls, pale carpets make for an understated setting but, in the same vein as the enlivening shots of cobalt blue, you’ll find the accessories are flamboyantly selected: ghost chairs, a button-back velvet sofa, and the master bedroom’s statement headboard. Find the vibrant double bedroom with its over-sized branch-effect mirror, or peruse the sitting room’s antique lamps and crystal ornaments while taking your tea at the table for two. The designers Your hosts divide their time between Pimlico and their home in Hertfordshire. She’s studying to become an interior designer, you’ll be enjoying one of her first projects by staying in these stylishly composed rooms. Impeccably arrayed At Winchester Street II, each corner is creatively finished. The monochrome kitchen is striking as well as practical – the jet-black breakfast bar is a sleek alternative to the sitting room’s window-side dining nook. The artistic touch even extends to the walk-in shower, where polished brick-effect tiles have a golden glow. There are a multitude of sweet independent eateries nearby in Pimlico, and a pretty stretch of the Thames within walking distance.
