While the neighborhood is home to many celebrities, it maintains a down-to-earth, quiet confidence. Complementing its surrounding neighborhood, this chic two bedroom, two bathroom home exudes big city style with a few hues from the heartland.
Both designers, your hosts are a creative duo that loves to dine and drink at Tribeca’s local eateries but makes sure to spend time outside the city. They are often found exploring the great outdoors with their children.
Town and country
A New York state of mind resonates throughout this contemporary abode. Stroll over hill and dale to discover lush couches, airy bedrooms, and miniature replicas of the world’s best architectural feats. Ponder your perfect picnic as you wander past the long, wooden dining table soon to topped with fresh farmer's market produce. Think back on the days of old New York and reference the library packed with art books and novels. For guests with young calves and mares, the children’s room offers plenty of delightful toys and trinkets. A communal furnished roof deck provides the perfect place for family game night or a unique view of the neighborhood.
The neighborhood of Tribeca is like its own small town wedged between the Financial District and the posh neighborhoods of the West Village and SoHo. Take a stroll and explore its riverside parks, quiet pedestrian streets, a farmers market (open Wednesday and Saturday year-round) and sidewalks filled with restaurant tables during the warmer months. For traditional American comfort food, check-out Bubby’s and perhaps you’ll spot a celeb or two. The nearest subway line is just one block away from the home.
The den includes a queen pull-out bed and doubles as a guest room.
There is a spacious closet outside of the guest room, leading into the master room, which is a shared closet for guests in both the master and guest rooms.
While this home does not feature a washer or dryer, guests will find laundry facilities in the basement of the building for their use.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
