The height of elegance Via Zara is smartly furnished and welcoming. The front door opens into the pale green sitting room, with oak floors and a beamed ceiling. There’s also an ornamental fireplace here, surrounded by soft-coloured seats. On the far side, a door takes you through to the dining room – similarly decorated, with a whitewashed-wood table and sideboard. There are two other doors here, one opens into the smart kitchen, and the other leads to this home’s fifth-floor terrace, where a dining table stands atop the terracotta tiles. Back in the sitting room, you’ll come to the office (yellow-painted, with a snug sofabed) through a door on the right. Next along the hallway is the main bathroom and the master bedroom. This last room is elaborately decorated in cream and red. Here you’ll find a super king bed and an ensuite with a claw-footed bathtub.
