The 16th arrondissement is home to affluent residential neighbourhoods like Passy and Auteuil, which means guests are treated to the fromageries, boucheries, and boulangeries frequented by the locals. Cultural adventures abound, including the iconic Arc de Triomphe and the sweeping Place du Trocadéro – home to two excellent museums and the most evocative spot to admire the Eiffel Tower at sunset. You can browse Monet's works at the intimate Musée Marmottan-Monet and learn about the region’s rich wine heritage at the Musée du Vin.

- This home has air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. Between June and September, we'll place a fan in the other bedrooms. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There are three toilets in this home. One is in the second ensuite bedroom and two outside of the shower rooms.
- The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use.
- The apartment is on the third floor and there is an elevator available.
- The piano in the living room has been removed by the homeowner, new pictures will be taken shortly.
