With the sweeping arc of Paynes Bay inviting you to take that perfect sunset stroll, the energetic nightlife of Holetown to entertain you, and the magnificent 45-hole Sandy Lane golf course to tee off on, you're never lost for something to do. Sandy Lane Estate also boasts an indulgent spa, floodlit tennis courts, and children's entertainment, making this a truly family-friendly destination. Your concierge can arrange tee times at the golf course or arrange for in-house masseuses to visit you and ease those aching muscles.

Phoenix Villa embraces both traditional and modern design motifs, creating a bright, white interior that is tastefully decorated and furnished with plush, comfortable seats and sofas. The indoor/outdoor living concept has also been thoroughly interwoven into the villa's design, with outdoor living experiences, al fresco dining, and even an outdoor gym the order of the day.

The villa's four bedrooms are restfully decorated in neutral colours, each enhanced with bespoke artwork to give every room a unique ambience. The primary suite has a generous king-size bed and attractive ensuite, while the remaining guest rooms are spacious and welcoming. Two queen-size suites and a guest room with twin beds are ideal for younger guests.

The true gem in the villa’s crown is its incredible pool, surrounded by a terrace lined with sumptuous sun loungers. *Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate.

*Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are not available to villa guests.

*Please remember to wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
